SEAT COVER CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS |
The best way to keep Crazy Don's golf cart seat covers looking their best without the need for deep cleaning is to use a mild cleaning detergent such as "Ivory Snow", "Dreft" or "Woolite" mized with water once per month. Regular detergents will not harm the material, but the water repellent finish will be removed sooner.
Our golf cart seat covers are made from an acrylic fiber and are mildew resistent as long as the material is kept clean. |

SEAT COVER CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS (CONTINUED) For those stains that need more than mild cleaning, such as roof run-off, acid rain, pollution, rust, tree sap, insect and bird stains, etc., we suggest a cleaning product such as "Greased Lightning", "Clean Rite Purple Power", or "Goo Gone" which is available at most department stores.

CLEANING TIPS: It is also recommended that after using these stronger cleaning products, that you retreat the golf cart seat cover with a water repellent like "303 High Tech Fabric Guard" (which can be purchased at a local marine shop) . Stronger cleaning agents with solvents are likely to remove the finish that is applied to each of our materials in the final stages of the material's manufacturing process.
ADDITIONAL CLEANING TIPS: In most environments, a thorough cleaning will be required every two or three years. |
